It is expected that all participants—unless otherwise noted-- pay the full cost of the trip or service.
Deposits of $250 of the cost of any trip or service should be sent to SageHeart at least two months in advance of the trip, and will insure your reservation.
Full payment is expected no later than two months before the beginning of any trip.
You can cancel your trip without any penalty up to one month before the actual trip.
If you cancel in the 3 weeks prior to the trip, we will keep a $250 application and processing fee, and return whatever else you already gave us.
Cancellations during the week before the trip cause enormous logistical problems, and SageHeart will be unable to return any money at all to you.
